Cassiopeia is increadibly overbearing.

She is such a pain to lane against. The second she hits level 2 you automatically lose 2/3rds of your health from her damn twin fangs. It would be different if her poison was actually hard to land but the cast time seems lower than most auto attack animations so you can't even CS.

May Sol have mercy on your soul if you have to pick before her and you pick someone with less range than Xerath. Oh, what's that? She has a high winrate vs Xerath? WELL WOOP-DE-F%CKIN-DO.

You may respond, "Well, Mr. Rufus, why not just blink or dash away from her?" Because she has a massive poison field that wont let me! "Well just run away from her." Because she has a free boots passive and a free movement speed on her Q. She also rushed Rylias so permaslows galore! "Okay, so if the rest of that won't work, just jump on her and kill her!" Oh yeah, that will work. Not like she will just scream stun me. Even if I manage to turn around and dodge the stun I am still slowed so here comes one of the highest dps champs in the game Eing me to death. YAY!!!

Screw this stupid snake. She is more oppressive than Azir ever was.

Well, she does have a number of weaknesses:

. Very low mobility, no escapes (quite easy to gank pre-6, and even post-6 if she mispositions) . Squishy . DPS rather than burst oriented so she can be out-bursted . Low range for a mage (except for her W, but that's not her dmg) . Single target attacks, low AoE dmg in comparison to BrandVeigarLuxAurelionSolXerath . There are periods in a game where people with boots are faster than her

So yes; in a laning phase where she is allowed to be offensive rather than defensive, and she does not get properly ganked, her power will show. However, it is not right to call a champion OP without considering their counterplay and weaknesses.
