Someone explain to me riot's thoughts on making a champion so tanky, have so much cc, and damage. How is that not broken and since it is, when is the nerf incoming?

Kite him, he dies... /endthread. Hugely telegraphed pop up, has to close distance to use his ult of which he's slow as hell... conical silence which you can just counter move to avoid.
Lol?! Are you serious or trolling us? Cho is one of the easiest champs in the game to kite and is incredibly weak in lane. If anything I think Cho is in a good spot maybe give him a small buff.
No mobility, and very skillshot reliant to set up ganks, team fights, or provide peel. Kite him to death.
