Graphics Card Help!

Hey everyone (hope this is the right discussion), looking to buy a new graphics card but I have no idea what to get. Tried doing some research and not getting what I need.

My questions are: How powerful of a GPU do I really need for league? That’s really all I use my computer for anymore.

How do I know what’s compatible with my comp?

How do I know if I have enough power to run it effectively?

Thanks for any advice I know helping clueless people can be a chore. Really do appreciate it!

For lol? You don't even need a graphics card. If I'm not mistaken lol's performance depends more on the processor than the gpu.

I get 100-150 fps and I haven't even configured my graphics card to be used when I play lol, which means that it's using the integrated graphics in my processor. I think my settings are on medium high or high.

Then I’m not sure what’s going on with my PC because it has an i7 with 16GB of RAM. What am I missing? I’m having frame rate issues and I have to run everything on low settings?

Could be that some files are corrupted or it could also be that something that's running in the background is the cause of this. There is also the probability that it's something to do with the game itself that is messing with your current PC settings making you get lower FPS. I would open a support ticket and explain the situation to them since they'll be able to help you more than most people here

Support ticket is a good idea, I’ll try that thanks!
