How to change screenshot hotkey binding?

Heres what happened- I spilled lemonade on my keyboard a while ago and it doesn't work anymore so I use another external keyboard but some keys randomly get activated on the original keyboard still like the F12 key.This hotkey cannot be modified through editing the client settings for some reason. This is the screenshot key so my game often freezes repeatedly and extensively. I have tried searching for the input.ini file and changing the PersistedSettings file but none of this has worked.

You cant use two keyboards at once properly, it is an OS/driver level issues you have little control over.

Just get a new keyboard, costs all of 10$.

it's a laptop keyboard i assume it's gonna be a lot more expensive
