Nice servers

I was in champion select in Ranked Flex (Summoners Rift). My premade picked a champion, after that the client bugged and after that nothing happened. Bcs of that, i had to leave Champion Select. When I logged in my account again, I went to my Profile menu and I saw that I was with 3 LP less than my original (Before this situation i was 25, after that - 22). Then we waited 4 minutes and 30 seconds bcs why not, and after that we went again in another Champion Select, where I was last pick and in the last second I picked Cassiopeia, then AGAIN, the Champion Select went buggy. Then I exit the Client again, and when i got in my accaunt again, i was 12 LP. And now I'm 15 minutes banned before Queing again. Fix this, pls.
