Zoe's E hit-box is either too large or buggy - proof in the description!

So, playing a ranked and I juke Zoe's E, you'll see in the recording it clearly missed me yet the game registered that I was within the hit-box. Should this be posted as a bug or was this intentional player mechanics?

IMO, skills shots are supposed to be "skill", the huge hit box just makes no sense...

Thoughts?!
