If i'm hovering on a pick and time runs out select that pick don't make it look like im dodging!

Was fiddling with runes when in champ select and had selected and not locked in on a champ but the time ran out and it counts as a "dodge" which is stupid just lock me in as that champ. Making it count as a dodge is stupid and not necessary because if I was hovering there it usually means I was already going to pick that champ. /endrant
