OMG RIOT WHY YOU DO THIS?!?!?!?!

So in patch 4.17 riot changed talon's e and no longer silences, but the silence was only 0.75 seconds!!! But fiddlesticks is soooooooooooooooo op. His silence is 1.2 seconds but is multiple times. Why nerf talon? NERF FIDDLESTICKS! or at least in the next patch please put talon's silence back for only about 0.50 seconds or make it the same silence but make it more mana cost.
