Unfair queue dodging timer...

I just joined a game, We all picked our lanes. All good and stuff you know? but then out of nowhere there is this one person whos like: "2 top is better". I am level 22 btw so having a jungler is way better. And he or she just didnt wanne pick a jungler. I had picked top lane already and locked in to. then she locked in riven with no smite. so she was going top -,-, I left because I didnt wanne go duo top lane. Then the game was like, Yeah its fair to give you a 15 freaking min queue because you left a freaking bs game. I think this is unfair and something should be done about it -,- I left before the game started btw...

You were right to dodge. Better to spend 15 minutes doing something else then 45 minutes with a toxic griever. I've seen much higher timers and I agree that the penalties should be lowered. The contrary players can't seem to hold their peace for long so you can predict a loss with startling accuracy simply by observing the pre-game chat.

This is another problem easily solved by building a friend list and only playing five man pre-mades.
