the broken matchmaking system needs to be fixed

seriously riot this needs to be fixed, i would love to know the process behind your matchmaking system because im pretty sure its a monkey in a room just selecting matches, whoever you have in charge of this needs to be fired, fix your shit riot, this is getting sickening, you care more about money and greed then ytou do your own community and the only part of the community you care about it high elo players when in reality it's the high percentace of players that are low elo, you should try to help these people get a better understanding of the game instead of giving the high elo players all the love, this is rediculous, your new rift and the changes are fun, but its hard to learn the new things like jungling or team comp when you enter a normal game and just get pubstomped
