jungle items

I have been maining the jng for a long time with all sorts of champs. Every one from Poppy to Kha'zix. So in the pursuit of becoming a great jng player, I've been studying the item lists. This has led to an issue i want addressed. Why is madred's razor , and the items it makes still listed in the item page, while I cant find it in the in-game shop at summoner's rift? Is it an item not allowed on the rift? Or did they neglect to remove it from the item list after taking it out of the game?
