Duo Queue Boosting
Does anyone have a definitive answer as to whether Duo Queuing with someone for the sake of climbing and getting to a higher rank is against the rules? Something stated by a Riot employee would be nice, thanks

boosting is only against the ToS if you pay them in any sort of way
other infractions would be account sharing to boost, but so long as its not your account you personally wouldn't be punished.
HalcyonDweller2 votesThe system prevents you from queueing with players who are foo far above you in ranks. Thus it's impossible to break the rules by duo-ing with another account as long as you do not pay them to help you.
