Team Decisions - No Trolling

There have been many times where I'll queue up for a game, enter the pre-game lobby, and have someone instantly be uncooperative or very immature. Many times, it feels like everyone else on my team would agree that this one player is causing more harm than good by being matched with us. So, by going through this experience on a somewhat regular basis, I would like to see if there is some way we could work together as a community to get rid of the bad seeds. It's just an idea, and I have no idea if it would be possible, but I would love to see some kind of voting system in the pre-game lobby where if four players vote one player out, then it will restart the queue or something of that sort. Because if I enter a ranked game, why should i lose points for dodging if someone else is being completely ridiculous?

Well, in my opinion, the honor system thingy should play a role in that. For example, if you are getting honored for teamwork, and have a score of, lets say 60, then you would get matched with people of similar score as you. In the same team I mean. This way you wouldn't get so much people like that and actually more fun from the game. So far this honor system doesn't really add anything into the game, except a nice banner that only your team can see and only during champ select and loading screen.
