Installing LoL on Catalina MacOS

Do we have a timeline for when the league install process will work for the Catalina OS? It's been over a month with no new news for something that seems like it should be a higher priority. If you've installed League and got it to work on Catalina, how'd you do it? Also if you've had the game auto reinstall itself, does it still work?

Would be great to get a Rioter on this.
