Fizz Nerf
Fizz really needs a nerf the dmg he does and the amout that he is invincible for in a team fight is way to much in my opinion, either nerf his damage or nerf his cooldown on his Playful (E ability).

I built a ton of magic resist to counter him and he had no magic penetration at all and he could still fight me 1vs1 and chunk a ton of my health
Why is he only crying out of one eye?
I agree with nerfing fizz because his e does so much damage it took half my health once
