Can we get an ping-chat so when we mute someone/everyone we can inform about summoners/objectives

It can appear right above the users champion head and in yellow text on the chat section, Only a few words would be needed, Such as Pushing,Top,Bot,Mid,Bait,Dragon,Baron.Buffs, Going Base, Coming etc. I think this is really necessary as many a times we do get toxic team mates that we mute but it is not beneficial since we can't inform each other about the things that we need to know. This ping-chat can be seen by everyone on your team like ordinary pings, It can't be muted.
