There should be a way to have quick cast with indicator for only 1 ability. For example I really like it for gangplank barrels but it really messes up my Parley timing so I would love for it to only be active on my E. The Shift E is too hard for my fingers to figure out how coordinate. Maybe its something that could be added in the future.

no u can manually select quick cast. So i could have E quick cast with indicator but than the other spells would be normal cast. I want all of them quick cast but only one quick cast with indicator

so... set it up in the hot keys section. You do key by key basis.
