Hello guys. I have a fight with a friend on this subject.Can you tell me if it was a time when Draven's ultimate wasn't returning when hits an enemy?Thank you.

Draven's axes always return unless he dies before they reverse or they hit a Windwall/Braum Shield

Or are you asking if they ever don't immediately reverse upon hitting a champion?

Draven's ult mechanic has remained unchanged since his release if that's what you're asking. It always has returned back to him after being thrown and does damage both ways.
