Riot you need to make the teams more even. I have played 6 games tonight as i am writing this and i get put with the worst people in Oceania. For example i get people that either constantly feed, dc or are constantly flaming in chat then dcing and feeding because they are so bad. Sure im not that great myself but at least i dont feed and make everybody else have a terrible time.

FIX THIS NOW

My friend tells me OCE is plagued. Every ARAM game has at least two or three bots in it, and Riot does nothing. Unfortunately, Riot seems to not care about the good old ANZ region. The best thing to do might be to get a whole bunch of Oceania players together to petition Riot to make some quality control changes, but that's easier said than done.
