Just wondering with tier 1 and 2 runes going to next to nothing now. Also with runes that are commonly used also seeing a price cut; was just wondering if there was going to be a cost reduction with T3 runes that are hardly never bought or used. Runes like Greater Glyph of Scaling Energy.
oh thats nothing to do with cost its just because they r so mild you might as well not bother.
If riot wants to buff them enough to be worth while they have to compeat with ad and pen.
and remember apart from 
all the energy users are DAMAGE
so the energy regeneration needed would need to be big enough to be worth swapping their burst for a more consistent form of damage.
I do not want them for what they do, Runes are the only thing I can spend IP on. Been working on getting them all!! Though rather save if able.
