I cant beat Morgana in bot lane with Ashe

I'm having trouble going up against Morgana. Right now, Ashe, is my main and I can't figure a way around her offense and skill set. If any one has any suggestions please tell me? I'm still fairly new to the game and need help.

Ok.

Stand behind minions. This one is pretty simple. If you aren't good at dodging her Q yet, stand behind minions. Try to keep minions (or jungle camps, or tanks) between you and Morgana so her Q will be intercepted and not get you. This also removes a lot of Morgana's presence pre-6 as she doesn't do much except snare.
Don't stand in her pool. Another simple one. Her pool does quite a lot of damage over time and the lower health you are, the more it does. Try to avoid that damage.
Save your ult if Morgana has her Black Shield off cooldown. Morgana's E (Black Shield) prevents any cc from affecting the target until the shield breaks or times out. Don't waste your ult if someone is shielded.
Try not to be close to Morgana post 6 if she has teammates nearby. This is because Morgana's R (Soul Shackles) tethers to you and slows. If you can't escape it in time it also stuns, which means if Morgana has any teammates nearby (or is building AP) she can easily CC you down for her teammates to clean up.

Bit less general ones.

If adc, look into buying a QSS after a few items. QSS (Quicksilver Sash) when activated cleanses ALL CC effects from you and quite a lot of debuffs including Morgana's R before it stuns. This means you can use it after getting hit to remove the snare and/or tether and either safely escape or continue fighting.
If behind on anyone, buy a Banshee's Veil or other magic resistance item Morgana has no good way to pop the spell shield of Banshee's Veil which means it can usually safely disperse a Q or even an ult from her (or a skill from another target).
