Make Remake system available without the need for an afk

In ranked, trolls are common, and in a game I just played, the enemy team was screwed out of a fun game because Amumu stayed til 1:55 (or so I heard) then afk'd rest of game. Why should the team be forced to lose a game because they get screwed into playing a 4v5 or be forced to deal with a troll pick? The Remake system should be available after 3 minutes, for at least 30 seconds, regardless of afk, because dodging or losing due to an intentional and/or preventable troll is not worth the LP, and removes the fun of the game. Sure, they get punished afterward, but what about the innocent players that lost LP due to a preventable circumstance out of their control?

The problem there will be an abuse of the system. If someone doesn't like the lane match-up they have? Remake.

It would still be abused. People say they are "forced" roles which is untrue. They are giving the selection of TWO favored positions in rank. NO ONE should be be in rank IF they can only play one role. That's the issue at the moment, everyone wants that ONE role.
