Can we shave something off the artist?

4th shot auto crit.. then he gets a run speed buff.

his ult every shot if they land slows. this is basically is an excellent tool to catch people out with. Seriously too much ... then throw some % damage on it for some odd reason too. also for those that dont know 80% slow.. !!!! 80 !!!! PERCENT !!! SLOW !!!

this guy has made it to my official perma-ban for the rest of the season.
in upper elo his range is too much of a safety.

Can something please get shaved off this guy.. so tired of him.
