What if they add a champion who..

.. has a tether ability that only prevents gap closing. It will have no end effect just a duration effect. Maybe its tether range and cast range would be similar to leblancs.

You could still run out of the range and break the tehter to use a gap closer. It would be a counter to champions with gap closers but leave immobile champions relatively alone (aside from flash).

Think its a good idea? Any suggestions?
