Pick mode like in All Star 1v1s ?

Hello, Since my TeamSpeak 3 server mates are performing a 1v1 tournament We wonder if it is possible to make a game in ARAM map , the game ends if one gets first blood / 100 cs or destroys a turret

• Ability to recall
• Draft pick without a pick order ( if possible ) Ik it's crazy I'm just asking Thanks ...
