Riot please tell me you're working on this problem

So anyone who has played 3's in the past couple months knows that at least one out of every 4 matches you end up with a "bot" on your team that always goes bottom lane and basic attacks minions. That's all it's programmed to do. It'll focus minions until the enemy team kills it and then when it spawns it'll do it again. When you look up the summoner name you see a level 30 profile without runes and masteries on it only plays 3's. You're pretty much guaranteed to lose that match because it feeds whomever is in bot lane. I've been attempting to solve it by reporting the summoner name but the frequency of these bots has only increased.

Dear Riot, What are you doing to resolve this problem? This is making your game no longer fun, and it would be reassuring to know that you are doing (or at least trying to do) something about it.
