I know that the transformers that start w/ level 1 ults dont currently have access to ultimate hat.
As a possible change, could we get access to it at level 6+? It wouldnt affect any non-transforming champ, but would remove what I assume is some wonky backend coding that shuts it down.

Asayake 5150glow1 votesNo, it'd be way too good - rn the counterplay to Jayce is that when he transforms, he locks himself out of half of his kit for a good 4 seconds which gives you time to engage on him. Considering how Ultimate Hat works, Jayce would be able to stack it up way too fast, and 4 seconds is already little enough when it comes to windows of weakness.

With the 15% cdr reduction cap from Ultimate Hat with a 45% cdr, Jayce can transform every 2.8 seconds. This is ridiculously broken, as any fellow Jayce mains will agree that transformation cooldowns make or break many fights. This is just enough time to use all skills on one form, transfer to the other form, get all three skills off, and transform back with one or two skills already being back up, your q's for example.
Can't wait to utilise this again in game. Hard carries are once more a very easy possibility with Jayce and other transforming champs like Nid and Elise. Karma is about to be mega broken also.
