Matchmaking is broken and the Devs need to be fired

Over the course of the past week I have gone from silver 1 to gold after reaching gold I have proceeded to go on several loss streaks. In one day I lost 12 in a row and then 8 in a row the next day. The fact that the Devs still have jobs is unbelievable. Would it kill you to institute a way to ban players from ranked after enough reports about their well below sub par gameplay. When so much of the game relies on who you get on your team you need to make sure people know what they are doing. and i just played a game in which my mid went karthus and fed an akali to demote me to SIlver 2 so in the course of a day i have dropped an entire tier because the fucking Devs have no clue how to write code.

had nothing to do with if i belong in gold or not i just expect to win a game every 5 games or fucking so

Shit happens. I was on a 32 game losing streak before, and I climbed the fuck outta that without complaining that the matchmaking was shit and just accepting that I sucked.

You're never guaranteed a win. If you're playing below your MMR, you're not gonna hang. You lose, your MMR lowers, you get placed with lower ranked players as well.

Playing above my MMR and to balance the MMR of the match, i am match with ppl far below my MMR? So every game it is a struggle to deal with a fed enemy team?
