Asisstance with Runes/Masteries

I am looking for some assistance on Rune and Mastery Page ideas. I have 12 Pages and I have all Runes Except Energy Runes and FLat Health Quintessence. Normally I try to make pages for any possible Champs I may decided to play or pull during ARAM but I am tired of changing them once every few weeks because one or two doesn't work out in the long run.
