Hextech Crafting Question

It says that I can't get a chest from the game because I have had a restriction from the game in one way. (One way being that I have been chat restricted) Is there any way that I can still get chest and keys even though I have had some kind of restriction in game? I don't really find it far that I am now not able to get any keys or chest just because of a chat restriction that I had a while ago. If I were to know that I wouldn't be able to get any keys or chest just because of that, I would have been more careful and not have gotten the chat restriction. Please help, and please make some way for me to be able to still get chests and keys.

You can still buy them with RP. For free though, you're just going to have to not be negative and see if it ever goes away.

There has been no official post yet, but I have to assume Riot will eventually announce all the rules and such.

The Hextech system part with the free rewards is restricted to those who have been punished by the system. As noted below you could be the most toxic player in the game and Riot will gladly let you pay for everything and anything. No restrictions when the wallet comes out.

Since the system is supposed to be used as a way to actually get people to start being nice since their current punishment system isnt working, it only makes sense that its a probation period and not a permanent ban.

Otherwise if someone like yourself was punished prior to the systems release or was punished after the systems release, they would have no incentive to change their attitude since you gain nothing game wise by doing so. I expect in a week or so for the official post with all the rules.
