Every now and then I get the occasional 0/20/0 potatoes in my team who never listen to the team calls and just wonder off and die. I always report for negative attitude just cause the unskilled player report doesnt do shit. Can there be a real penalty that will prevent me from getting matched with the same people again?

This is peculiar, because I've always heard that if you get enough of these reports, it'll drop your MMR.

if you get enough reports for being unskilled, it would eman a lot of people reported you after losing a lot of games, which means your mmr drops anyways.
i think its just a filter mechanism to sort out a lot of reports that were just done out of frustration over lost games.
