Demotion warning

Why is there not some sort of warning when you're about to get demoted? Would it be that hard to add a pop-up window or something that warns you will be demoted on your next ranked loss? I also think it's a little unfair that you instantly get demoted without defending yourself. Everyone has a bad game or two and everyone will get an AFK or troll. I think maybe there should be a mini series, like 3 games where if you lose that series then you get demoted and if you win it then you stay in your current rank for a little longer. These are just some thoughts and personal opinions but I would love to hear other player's opinions on this matter.

While there isn't a popup window, there is a warning in your profile. You also do get protection from instant demotion; after a Division promo you have 3 games where you can't get demoted, and after Tier promo it's 10. Your MMR also protects you from demotion if it's high enough, but if it's low then you don't belong in that Division and are in danger of demotion at 0 LP. Your LP is shown after each match; you need to pay attention to it.

I know the LP is shown but i did not know about that warning. Thank you for sharing that.
