Kind of tired of having my own Tahm eat me and run me into the enemy team just for shits and giggles. So, is there a way to exit him?
I'm also highly considering deleting this thread because of my typo...
Rub his belly from the inside. It will irritate his stomach and he will throw you up.

Not sure how, but it is possible.
You can right-click out after a short delay, 1.5 seconds if I am remembering correctly. Don't have to wait the entire duration.
Tbh I wish Tahm could spit allies out sooner as well. When playing as Tahm a miss click can be a horrible thing to happen in a team fight. Somehow I always end up eating Fizz because he has all that gap close which ruins his assassination attempt. I just wanna immediatly spit out a miss clicked ally.
