1.didnt get rewards yet, are they bugged? (I was honor lvl 4) 2.im low silver if i play ranked will i lose my border when the next season starts if i drop to bronze?

we will get our rewards over the coarse of the coming week
rewards should be received within the next week; don't worry. No, boarder etc stays 1 season behind always S8 if finished silver you'll have your boarder till s9 ends (S9 seems like they will be changing this to more accurately display where you're at as upcoming seasons will be divided in 3's for rewards.
You will LOSE and GAIN borders in season 9 as you fall or progress further through divisions. Rank boarders will always uodate to fught you current rank, excellent so people can stop op.gg-ing teammates for their ranks.
