OP champion ability combos

I currently play nocturne top or jungle, and his q to mark + e to damage and fear + w for attack speed, really works for me to lock on and secure a kill or get close at early game and late game depending on if i scale. I love playing nocturne but i need another champ to play that has some good lock on combos that use most of the abilities. preferably someone who can immobilize or limit an enemies actions.

champion suggestions and and combo would help me. thank you :)

(i like to not choose overly mainstream and i preff top but anything is ok)

Malzahar Easily the strongest duelist in the game, the only issue is that item 3140 can end the suppression of his ult, and the DoT on his E.

Relies on a relatively simple combo of QWER (or EQWR / WR alone works if you're late in the game) to murder pretty much anyone he wants.

Word of warning that he's immobile, pushes lane by just doing ANYTHING, and takes a little while to scale up (given that his first item is usually RoA, thats a given)
