. He used to be played... but now, he is beaten up by almost every other Mage with some range(especially

). His range on E is really bad, every champion with some dashes or leaps jumps on him before he can trigger the stun. I won't even talk about his useless burn from passive(not the circle, the 2% burn damage). I think he needs a little bit more range on his E and a 5% burn. What do you think?

I think even if they just add a bit more damage to E, he will instantly become meta. So I don't think he doesn't need drastic changes atm.

A buff on this is a long time coming. meddler the janna player and repetoir the reworked rengar nuff said completely neutered this ability in the mage "update" to the point where it might as well not exist. One of the lowest base damages of any damaging ability along with one of the lowest ratios. You actually use to be able to max this first against hyper mobile assassins but right now if you do you'll do a fucking whopping 150 damage at 525 range. Wow.
Stun on Q needs to go back up to 2, make it scaling i don't give a fuck it's total retardation that brand's stun which you need to aim AND set up somehow ends up having one of the shortest durations of it's kind (Zoe's stun that has 50 thousand times the width, leaves behind a viktor gravity field and potentially triple the range lasts 2.25 seconds, ok certianlyt)
Passive needs to apply grievous wounds. Much rather have this to increase his impact in teamfights than more damage tacked onto his passive which doesn't do anything for mid brand.
As a mage with shit wave clear, no utility, no zone control, terrible pick potential, no mobility, shit poke he needs to excel in the one niche that he's always sort of filled, that of a teamfighting burst mage. Right now he has no keystone, laning is everything where brand loses to almost everybody and everyone besides tanks dies instantly anyways so why the fuck do you need Brand.
I'd much prefer a rework though. Not because I think riot has the competence to do it right, but because the powercreep and mobility creep is simply too insane right now and brand has benefited from almost none of it.

I disagree, because his WE combo after 3 or so level on W will instantly 1 shot the caster minions leaving only the melee minions alive. So while it's no monster clear, I wouldn't say it's "shit".
I will agree that his utility is situational, given he only has Q, which also require him to have a clear line between his opponents and himself to work.
However I disagree with the notion that he has "no" zone control. His zoning game is actually pretty good imo, given there is always the impending doom of the W for the opponents to watch out. Its speed and range is enough to zone most people, some even out of lane, from my experience.
No mobility is right, but he has monster damage if he executes the combo, or if he just ulti while having a favourable position.
Similar to zoning, I do not agree that his poke is "shit".

Would be fine with a 2 sec stun, better E range and 5-7% burn, but all u said is true.
