In QSS change thread, You said that Fizz ult is CC, not bebuff. Link

And you did some work to Fizz ult.

Because of that, Fizz ult is dropped by any skill which removes slow effects.

I think it's bugged af. I also was attacked by minions while stealthed as Teemo.

On PBE I was being hit by spooky ghosts even though I was stealth and no wards were around, I hope that didn't transition to live.
