even when I win lane I feel like I deal no damage late because of terrible scalings compared to other popular mages unless I have full build or something even then I can only kill the squishiest of characters the bruisers who build shit like are unkillable

Basically by eather crushing lane and setting up teamfights or making it a point that your Flash RQW Ignite can kill the enemy adc or Mid then praying your teamamtes can win the remainder of a fight with the biggest DPS thread removed.
