So i'm from the US and have my account on the NA server but I live in Japan currently due to being in the military, Is there anyway to connect to games on the japanese server with out paying for a server change? I think its BS that just because I moved I have to have horrible ping unless I want to pay money.

Try sending in a support ticket, explain the reason for your change of geography and that you'll be moving back to the states soon enough.
