Kindred's Kit

So I love Kindred, and frankly I feel her kit is a tad weak. I feel like the weakness comes from her E not synergizing with her Q. The only skills that really seem to go together are her Q and W, but why not include the E? I feel like her kit would be a lot better if her Q could proc a charge of the E, or at least do something extra if its on the target
