Pantheon Needs Some LovE

Pantheon was the first champion I really loved back in the days when I was still a level 10 newbie and I still like him a lot. I feel like he is in a very weak spot right now though, especially since his ult has a bigger delay and tanks are so prominent.

A thing that has always bothered me in his kit is his W aegis refresh. It is useful, but in the later stages in the game where you usually initiate trough ult + W, I nearly always use my W while my aegis is fully charged. I feel like you should get something out of using your charge with a fully stacked passive, since you don't get to refresh your block (i.e. longer stun, some aoe damage or whatnot)

I think that it would be a nice thing to add and an easy one to implement/balance. Thoughts?

PBE Change- If pantheon lands directly on top of an enemy champion he will stun the target creating a well. Pantheon will then kick the target into it yelling "I...AM.. A BAKER!!"

Never said anything about his spear. The point of this post was to point out a flaw in his kit, which is the aegis refresh on his w being useless when his block is already stacked (which is the case most of the time when you go in). Its just annoying to have an ability that is useless most of the time. Balance wise, buffing his w could mean a bigger cd on his q but I dont really think that late game panth can be considered op.
