I think its would be cool if Taliyah stand on her w and then jumping like ziggs, because why can she do that on other champions and dont under her self shes standing too on earth :D

Evewynn1 votesThis was addressed by a rioter before. They said that they wanted the skill to be used offensively, instead of being saved as an escape. I think it actually tested with the ability to do this, but decided to scrap it due to the aforementioned reason.
