He's a lot weaker than most other ADCs due to a few things holding him back. Namely his lack of wave clear and slow (Albeit purposefully so) Attack Speed. An ADC needs at least one of these or he just gets out pushed. I'd recommend picking up someone a little more viable right now. Like or instead.
