i know Riots stance on pick order (Pick Order > Call Order) but what is their stance on "am picking for my buddy and he's going (wherever) and he's picking for me and am going (wherever)" essentially reserving spots for each other. now i can understand if they are both going bot and that's understandable, but what if there not?

You really can't stop them. It's not against the rules, if it were you wouldn't have the option to trade champions in solo q

Just sounds like one friend helping the other not get shafted into a dump role. Eh, not that big a deal.
