How about a small challenging & chilling smite nerf?

Everyone knows junglers have way too much time on their hands. Why not make it so that to cast challenging or chilling smites on champions it requires two charges? Casting it on monsters still only requires one.

It's not much, but one of the problems with junglers is they can camp out in a lane, storing up smite charges. They may or may not use one in the attempted gank, and then they can go through their jungle quickly and use up the second smite charge to continue with a speedy clear.

I actually agree with this. Like it's super cancer that a jg twitch can camp me in top lane using 30-45 secs to gank me twice in a row with his stealth Q and absolutely rek me and make me scared to even go to the middle of the lane. He didn't lose any xp or gold, picked up a kill, then goes and farms and ganks more. The dude is a fricken late game beast, but when he goes jg he is insanely strong early and mid game as well with nearly no accountability. The time in his stealth needs a huge ass nerf, but you make a great point about smite.

Challenging smite should not be applying a 20% damage reduction debuff when it already does so much fucking damage

as a jungler i would like to weigh in and say... i dont care... go ahead and nerf them. i just want my trackers back.
