Luden's echo nerf
Luden's echo needs a nerf because the ap scaling with it and it can apply the passive effects with it! i dont think its necessary considering the casting damage plus luden's . And i dont think it should pop up Banshee's passive :/

nty plz no nerf for ludens echo, play more ap mid and u will under stand why u shouldnt nerf it
There is currently a Ludens nerf on the PBE right now.
AP ratio on unique passive reduced to 10 % from 15% Charges gained from casting a spell reduced to 10 from 20.
