Rank System Could be more improved !!!

Okae so Look everybody complains about " my teammate done really bad this is the reason im stuck in this elo " which is true u could be playin really well in game try your hardest to carry the game or even help the teammate thats intentionally feeding or tilted or w.e the case may be... their should be a vote system on how this player performed instead of giving honors could we plz get a dishonor on team mate for not playin well like if the whole team said this player done really bad ... lets say this player is tilted and says okae fuck it every game imma feed on purpose each game that , that players plays their should be a dishonor and if he keeps getting "dishonor votes" he should lose more lp or drop a elo or something enforce toxic players to not be toxic or pervent people that int on purpose tht they will lose more thaan just 20-22lp ik if i drop a elo or lost 50lp due to intentionally feeding i wouldent do it no more or even waste my time on doing it no more slap on the risk !

I know I typed alot but i gotta release my stress out but we need a " Dishonor System "
