Is he too strong, currently a good pick, or only good in experienced hands?

Right now he is one of 4 assasin viable on midlane : 
He's sitting just barely below a 50% winrate, so I'd say he's fine right now.
I'd say he's pretty balanced, but has huge snowball potential. So playing against a fed zed is no fun.
Didn't need a buff, doesn't need a buff, shadow duration should be decreased to 3 seconds. Borderline broken trash. Undeserved, unbalanced range that goes 1/2 a screen.
