Bots and Riot

Um... well strange thing is.. I don't even know where to begin. I guess when I queued for 3's and when it came to pick, my 2 teammates auto locked it. So I picked Garen and once the game started. My 2 teammates was being weird, then I noticed the whole enemy team was being the same way. Just auto attacking the whole time. So yeah... was an easy game, but I'm pretty sure these 5 accounts was running some type of bot program. So what is Riot going to start doing with these accounts? I reported them of course and told them must have been running some type of bot program, with them just standing around and auto attacking all day. Anyone else have this problem?
