No update for old champs?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I do think that some updates for old champs need to be released ASAP. For instance, Ashe has great abilities but she needs to be buffed in some sort of way, shape, or form. Her Q especially is annoying to play with. Considering all the bugs that come with it when CC is in action. Nobody likes to deal with an old champ with bugs and a crappy gameplay. Someone that I think that should be updated to and for the better should be Malphite. He is simply too OP and is taking the fun out a friendly game and changing it to a crappy experience. His ult isn't the problem... it's his W. He has way too much sustainability with his W and on top of that he stacks with armor. Thinking about how easy it is to win a game against full AD is just downgrading for the most. Not to mention how hard it is to go against someone like Jayce or Kennen. Those 2 has the most ridiculous plays of all time. Kennen and his passive, Jayce and his Q. Imagine having Jayce, Kennen, Malphite, Ashe, and even Viktor in a game together. That would torture the other team for the most part of all the game. Laning phase would destroy all of whomever may come the way of a team of that magnitude.
